About Us

A new builder, built on old-fashioned standards.

Top Floor Construction PTY LTD is a residential building company based in Macquarie Fields, NSW, established to bring a more personal, hands-on approach to home building across South-West Sydney.

We work directly with clients from first sketch to final handover — new builds, renovations and full project management — treating every site with the same attention to detail regardless of scale.

As a proud member of the Housing Industry Association (HIA), we hold ourselves to the standards that association represents: sound construction, fair dealing, and a build you can stand behind for decades.

Consultation & Brief

We visit the site, discuss your budget and brief, and set out what's realistic before a single line is drawn.

Design & Documentation

Plans, engineering and specifications are prepared and refined with you until every detail is signed off.

We handle council or private certification and issue a fixed-price HIA-standard building contract.
